Who We Serve.

Short answer? Tasmanians who are being let down by the way housing works right now. The longer answer is a bit more specific.

The housing squeeze doesn't hit everyone evenly. Some folks feel it more than others, and those are the people we're building for first:

  • Renters in housing stress — the low-to-moderate income households pouring more than 30% of their pay into keeping a roof overhead, with little left over for anything else.
  • Essential workers — nurses, teachers, carers, hospitality crews and tradies who keep our communities running but increasingly can't afford to live in them.
  • Older Tasmanians — people wanting to downsize or find secure, long-term rental stability without being pushed to the fringes.
  • Families — especially in regional centres like Launceston, where the options for stable, suitable homes are thin on the ground.
  • Anyone locked out of the market — the people for whom a deposit has quietly become a decade-long, near-impossible goal.

We're not here to serve a market segment. We're here to serve neighbours — and to build the kind of housing where all of these people can live well, side by side.
